If I have started with the first movie I have to continue with the last two right? (Right T_T Why did I start with that movie anyway…)
As I said in the previous post (LOTR: The Fellowship blah blah) I kinda liked the first movie. Usually the first one is always the good one (see Lethal Weapon) but for some, to us common people, unknown reason we tend to expect that the second is at least as good as the first one if not better. WRONG!
The second movie is usually crap compared to the first one! Why? Mystery of life I would say. Maybe because there is always the third movie that it has to be way better than the middle one so it gives you a better impression of the trilogy (Of course Indiana Jones’ movies are equally great!! But that is another review topic :D )
Still I think that The Two Towers is the worst out of the three movies. The only thing I can remember from it are the two towers (obviously!! But still can’t recall why they where there for), the running trees that were literally glued on screen and Faramir.
The movie still has it’s epic battles and gorgeous landscape, but something is missing.
Have to check the DVD extras, you can always find something funny there :D
